+Amazed by the property! Right in the middle of IT Park, walk to big mall, across Sugbo Mercado Food market plus a nice pool in the bldg. I would definitely come back!

+the location is great. everything is one stwp away.
−the staff of the hotel, very hard to understand, so unpleasant when they talk.. poor instructions. i had to come back twice to understand that unit 825 is in the opposite side of the normal following order and it's actually next to 805 ( no sense, but easy if they only specify since NO ONE WILL WANT TO COME WITH YOU)
「Decent room for a decent price」
+The apartment itself is nice, comfortable, and has everything you need. The hosts were very helpful any time I needed something. The location is amazing, in IT Park, overlooking Sugbo Mercado. There are loads of food options just steps away. The pool is very nice.
−The windows don't open very wide, making air conditioning your only good option for cooling the apartment. The building has no gym.

「Bookmarked under transient stay in Cebu」
+Excellent location as it’s just right in front of Sugbo Merkado. I highly recommend this place if you are arriving late and will need few bites before going to sleep.
−Overall a good stay and very good value for money. Shower head and aircon could use updating, but if you are particular with then there shouldn’t be a problem.
