「Do yourself a favour and stay here.」
+The room is spacious. I was not in the room on cliff with view. Just the basic one( cheapest) . Perfect for the price, location, size, bed comfort, wifi ,great AC and fan. The best part was the communication and personalised care from the caretaker. He contacted me immediately for my late booking, he gave instructions how to get tuk tuk, train etc. unbelievable service. Will definitely recommend and can’t thank him enough. Nothing was too much.

「CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE STAY」
+WHAT I LIKED MOST WERE THE ROOM AND WASHROOM - VERY SPACIOUS, NEAT AND CLEAN. LOCATION IS VERY NEAR THE SEA AND SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS.
−WHAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND THE HOME STAY OUT. THEY SHOULD SEE THAT PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE HARASSED. WE WERE VERY MUCH HARASSED TO FIND IT OUT.
+Neat and clean stay. Location is closer to cliff. Good cooperation from staff.

「Doporucujem na kratkodoby pobyt 2-3 noci」
+Vyborna lokalita, blizko utesu, kaviarni, restauracii a obchodov. Ochotny personal voda a uteraky na dennej baze.
−Okna sa nedaju otvarat a vyhlad je na iny dom v bloku. Kupelna by potrebovala trochu viac vydrhnut. Ale je to celkovo indicky problem, my v Europe sa na ciste, pozerame inak.

−Amenities, AC got broken (but they changed our room). It's really basic, from the room you get to the corridor that is practically already exit

+Excellent homestay, très bien situé près du marché Tibétain, du cliff, de la plage de Varkala. Vous avez tous les restaurants et boutiques à proximité. La chambre est grande, propre et fonctionnelle. Parfait pour finir son séjour en Inde 🫶 Namasté 🙏

+Very nice and relaxed homestay. The hosts are friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. The room was clean and comfortable, with small useful things like a kettle, drinking water and access to a fridge. It has a calm, welcoming atmosphere and is a great place to stay if you want something more personal than a hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily come b

−Only three rooms for the property,restaurant closed,all shops in the ground floor closed,no lights on the path,path not cleaned for long time
