「Zona e accoglienza buone, peccato per l’incuria della casa」
+La signora ch mi ha accolto è stata molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo anticipato il check-in. Il che è stato molto comodo. La zona in cui si trova il beb è molto bella, sicura e centrale.
−la casa ha bisogno di molta manutenzione che purtroppo non viene fatta. Ci sono mattonelle rotte, ante della cucina molto rovinate. L’ambiente non è molto curato, sembrerebbe più un ambiente in cui ci abitano delle persone più che un beb. Il portone d’ingresso dello stabile anche molto rovinato e difficile da aprire. Peccato perché con un po’ di manutenzione e cura sarebbe un bel posto

「Peaceful, friendly environment close to public transportation.」
+Location very convenient to public transit. Pleasant neighbourhood for walking, with grocery store, HEMA, restaurants and interesting architecture close by. Attractive, large bedroom, although the light was dim so it was difficult to read. Ali, Linda and Laurent were all very friendly, helpful and communicative. Cleanliness depends on occupants, but was good during my stay. I recommend that you read all reviews and responses to get a good idea of what the property is like. It's not a typical North American experience, which is only to be expected if one is in Belgium! Breakfast not included, but there's a fully equipped kitchen. Merci, Linda, Ali, et Laurent. Vous m'avez chaleureusement accueilli et m'ont beaucoup aidé.
−The front entrance was challenging to open from the inside. I would be concerned about this in case of a fire. I was not aware that there was a light switch at the top of the stairs until the second day of my stay (it was beside another tenant's bedroom and I couldn't see it in the dark), so I had to go downstairs in the dark. Twice male residents came out of the bathroom wearing nothing but a towel. I didn't feel threatened at all--they were charming--but I was taken by surprise. Bed was very creaky; it would be helpful to tighten up the screws.

+I enjoyed my room. It is cozy and close to Etterbeek station. The host is very kind and helpful.

「Schlechte Unterkunft」
−Der Eingang ist ein Garageneingang, Ich kriegte Panik, konnte die Tür nicht öffnen, es war eine Baracke. Niemand war da. um mir zu helfen, ich war froh ais ich weg konnte. Die Anzeige ist missverständlich. Zu Beginn z.B. steht, dass das Zimmer eine Dusche hat, später wird ein Gemeinschaftsbad und eine Gemeinschaftstoilette erwähnt. Das hatte ich überlesen und so musste ich immer zu den sanitären Einrichtungen eine Treppe auf die untere Etage gehen.

+El piso está muy bien ubicado, tren y paradas de bus cerca, así que en unos 20 minutos ya puedes estar en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación. era grande, espaciosa y luminosa, la cama muy cómoda y con armario para dejar la ropa. Incluso hay un escritorio y un mueble peinadora. La atención de Alí fue genial, muy amable y estaba pendiente de que estuviera bien. La verdad, volvería a este alojamiento encantada.
−Lo único que mejoraría es la puerta de entrada del edificio. Puede llegar a ser difícil de abrir.

「Εξαιρετικό! Θα σας προτιμώ σε κάθε μου διαμονή στο Βέλγιο!」
+Το δωμάτιο ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο! Έμεινα 15 μέρες και έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη από τις παροχές και ένιωθα σαν στο σπίτι μου. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική καθώς ναι μεν δεν είναι κέντρο Βρυξελλών, όμως είναι πολύ εύκολη και γρήγορη η μετακίνηση με τα μέσα ή τα πόδια και κοντά με τα πόδια βρίσκεται το Bois de la Cambre! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για την άψογη φιλοξενία, θα σας προτιμώ σίγουρα κάθε φορά!

「ELSA and Nationals Day visit!」
+I had a small incident when my friend came over but the staff were reasonable and understanding so confusion was quickly resolved. Brussels is well connected so you won't be having any issues coming to the city center. I stayed during Nationals Day and I must say that Belgians know how to celebrate.
