+The hotel was very good, the location, the breakfast, the environment, everything was good, but the best part was staff: Aldo, Vittorio and Rosellina were absolutely fantastic guys. They were so friendly and helpful, Vittorio gave us many useful advices. We felt like home, it was unique warm experience. Thank you so much to you, guys! We will remember you forever🩵 L'hotel era davvero ottimo: la posizione, la colazione, l'atmosfera... tutto perfetto. Ma il punto di forza è stato senza dubbio lo staff: Aldo, Vittorio e Rosellina sono stati persone assolutamente fantastiche. Sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili; Vittorio, in particolare, ci ha dato molti consigli utili. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, è stata un'esperienza calorosa e davvero unica. −Le quartier n’est pas très bien fréquenté (mais la police est très présente dans les rues) Des chambres donnent directement sur la salle du petit déjeuner et sur le bureau d’accueil. Le petit déjeuner est basique

「Stay here if you travel to Naples.」
+It was a fantastic hotel in a super great location. Near the main station and a short walk to the good restaurants and bars. Good facilities, fast wifi, delicious breakfast. The staff were phenomenal and made us great coffee. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Vittorio, such a good bloke. If I had to I would shield him from machine gun fire with my petite body.

「Comfortable small hotel in a great location with friendly staff and very nice breakfast.」
+The location is great for the seeing the historic center and for a large selection of restaurants, also for public transportation to the airport. The managers were very accommodating when we arrived early. All the staff were nice and friendly, especially Vittorio. The breakfasts were very good.

「AuHotel Naples-Vittorio and Aldo excellent Hosts」
+0ur hosts Aldo and Vittorio were absolutley excellent. From the moment we arrived they could not do enough for us. From train info to visiting sites they were always very helpful and informative. The location was excellent, a 5 minute walk from main Naples train station. Breakfast was continental hams cheeses etc, fabulous coffee. We were leaving early on monday morning before breakfast start time of 8am so they arranged an early breakfast in our room so we did'nt miss out. From start to finish we had a wonderful experince with this hotel . The whole hotel and rooms were spotless thanks to the in house staff doing such a good job. Our only slightly negative comment was our room was small and the window was also very small so quite dark and could be a bit claustrophobic for some people so make sure you check out your room allocation before arrival. Thank you once again Vittorio and Aldo for making our trip to Naples so memorable. Catherine & Steve Moorhouse
