+It looks nicer on the inside than the outside. The rooms are quite spacious, but cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathrooms. I got free breakfast with my stay which was a great value, nothing special but it was perfectly fine. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the Metro Station which has direct trains straight into the city centre (about 20 mins) and the airport (about 10 mins). There's also a large shopping mall less than a ten minute walk away with plenty of shopping and dining options. Overall a nice place and I would stay here again.
+If you're coming in late to Sofia like I did I would recommend this hotel for your first night. It's simple and you get what you pay for.

+Very well assisted by the staff. It is a two star basic hotel but very good for the price. Overall very good for what it is.
+we claimed the breakfast that was not served as a dry package. unfortunately it was not provided to us in the morning.
+Great price. Convenient and cooperative airport transportation. No climate control in room - HOT, like Havana hot. But for the price, worth it. Also, a fabulous restaurant (The Tavern) 1 block away - truly exceptional.
「Horrible experience」
+We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Room was old and dirty with scuffed furniture. Air conditioning did not work and the room was uncomfortably hot. The receptionist told us to leave our hotel room door open. We got up in the morning to take the shuttle to the airport and all of the hotel staff were extremely rude and aggressive. We were treated like garbage. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

+Stayed here one night before an early flight from the airport. For the price the hotel was excellent and staff helpful.
