「ni tan bien」
+Lo que más me ha gustado de este hotel es que está a solo 15 minutos andando de la estación de autobuses. Además, la habitación era grande y el desayuno estaba muy bueno.
−Atención y servicios: En la habitación no había papel higiénico ni dejaron ninguna botella de agua de cortesía. Tuve que pedir la clave del Wi-Fi dos veces porque no me la daban. Además, aunque el check-in fue rápido, para el check-out estuve más de 15 minutos esperando. Detalles e instalaciones: El hotel estaba en obras, lo que generaba mucho polvo y suciedad en el camino hacia la habitación (entiendo que es inevitable por la reforma, pero resulta molesto). Por la noche hubo bastante ruido y vi poca predisposición para resolver los problemas. Por último, tampoco me ayudaron a subir la mochila; sé que no es obligatorio, pero es un detalle que sí he encontrado en otros alojamientos.

−El desayuno continental algo escaso y las sábanas eran viejas y no del todo limpias (había resto de suciedad).

+Das Personal war höflich und freundlich
−Die Bettlaken waren dreckig - es waren Blutflecken zu sehen. Generell war es nicht die sauberste Unterkunft, aber auch nicht all zu schlimm.

「Air conditioned , reasonable accommodations in mannar」
+I didn't stay there but I booked it for my driver, and he told me it was fine.

+Staff were very helpful, and the check-in was easy. Comfortable room with AC and hot shower. A breakfast was offered, but I didn't try it. The hotel is not in the center of town, but close enough to walk in. Cheap Tuk Tuk otherwise. A functional establishment, without a lot of glamour.
−Not the prettiest of buildings, but for the price I paid it was good value!
