「Da un 4 stelle mi aspettavo altro」
+Colazione davvero variegata (anche se ovviamente più con scelte asiatiche). Piscina bella , ha anche una parte più bassa dedicata ai bimbi più piccoli (acqua un pochino fredda ma c'era idromassaggio caldo), sauna e palestra. Posizione non centrale ma comoda per gite fuori città. Vicino si trova un centro commerciale, un supermercato e alcuni ristoranti. Letti comodi. Bagno con doccia spaziosa. Tanti spazi per appoggiare le cose. Acqua gratuita in camera ogni giorno Personale numeroso e accogliente..
−Lenzuola sporche. Bollitore in camera non pulito. Rumore dall'esterno (servono tappi). Essendoci la piscina sarebbe utile avere uno spazio dove stendere i costumi bagnati (es. Un filo nella doccia). Siamo stati messi in una camera fumatori, senza chiedere la nostra preferenza, e c'era un po' di odore di fumo.

「We’ll definitely stay here again on our next vacation!」
+I really love this hotel. It truly feels like a family-friendly hotel. My husband was especially happy with our room because he is very particular about cleanliness, and the room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use. We will definitely come back for our next family vacation, InshaAllah.

+Very modern, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very friendly, and tried their best to accommodate all my needs. The free wifi is very fast and I experienced minimal issues. The walls are very soundproof, we barely heard sound from outside our room. They cleaned the room and changed the sheets every day. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety to choose from. When I ordered food to the hotel, the staff were helpful with taking delivery while I came downstairs. It’s in a nice location right in the middle of the city, not far from the toll. The pickup area outside is very convenient. There’s also a small shop next door to the hotel to buy anything you may need. Overall a fantastic experience and incredible value for money. I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Bandung, and will recommend to others
−Some of the channels on the TV didn’t match to what they said. On some days the water from the shower had a strange smell, and on some days the water wouldn’t go very hot, but that’s not a big issue as I took more cool showers due to the hot weather. When I used the laundry service, I paid for a fast service to be back the same day however I had to call after 24 hours to receive my clothes
