「Very Clean and Comfortable」
+We did not stay for breakfast because we wanted to get ahead of the holiday traffic driving home. Mission accomplished.

「Worst stay and will never go back. Expensive, not worth you money and peace of mind...」

−The small, dated room was hot, had bugs and spiders, dark and unsafe hallways at night, no 24 hr front desk service, very rude and unprofessional Manager Robyn who called me on the phone , harassed, insulted and called me scammer for politely asking for an extra fan and help fixing a defective microwave, accused me of making up complaints. Told me to let my kids eat cold food instead. Made her aware of my kids medical issue with the heat but refused to help. Complained she drove 10 miles to fix a broken fan. Threatened to report my account to your booking platform to get me banned. The phone threats were witnessed by my kids and left me emotionally stressed and completely unable to sleep.

−The room service was not very good. During our stay, I had to keep asking for clean towels and take out the trash myself because the room was not being cleaned. They didn't clean our room until the day before we checked out. Honestly, that was the only thing I didn't like about our stay. The housekeeping service was very poor and definitely needs improvement.

「Inconvenient」

−We were given a room with a clogged toilet. We checked in at 8pm and found out about the toilet around 9pm. Reception was closed. It was a big inconvenience.

−Breakfast offering was very poor and we were expected to eat and drink off paper plates and cups using plastic cutlery which is unacceptable given the cost of the room
