+Check in and check out was very nice and easy. We felt very welcomed.
−Bed were on the hardest side and the area is not the most attractive.

「A unique, clean and comfortable place to stay.」
+This is a very unique property. It definitely isn’t one of those cookie cutter hotels. It is spotless, kind of retro and very comfortable. Don’t be put off by the outside surroundings. Staff is most friendly.

+24hr lobby coffee & and good cookies. Coffee maker in room. Extremely Tidy Property Inside & Outside. They are Very Helpful Providing Helpful Room & Activities Binder in the room(s).Our Ground Floor room was compact/very comfortably efficient. We Look Forward to Returning!

「An unexpectedly wonderful place!」
+The location and outside of the hotel are fairly nondescript, but the proprietor is extremely friendly, and the rooms are probably the most comforting that I have ever stayed at, in my travel on two continents. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

−Location was OK. Not on a particularly appealing intersection, but we could easily get to whatever we needed.
