+The owner was cheerful, helpful and ready to assist you if needed. ( He offered to sort the trains out for us as some were still closed due to the Cyclone).
−The owner showed us a kitchen and dining area on our floor that we were welcome to use. But, every draw and cupboard was empty. Falling apart with no cutlery, plates or anything.
