+When we arrived from a long day & flight for our 2 week stay we got to the apartment and opened the door to a bad funky smell. We determined the funky smell was the rug with all the dirty stains on it. We then went to make a cup of tea and all the cutlery and cups, plates etc were dirty. We went to wash them and there was no dishwashing liquid. The microwave also looked like a science experiment. We tried making contact through the app and there was no response so we went out and brought dishwashing liquid, air freshners, new plates, cups a jug etc (we were only on a 2 week holiday). We then discovered we had millipedes in the kitchen and dining room, every time we got rid of a couple more appeared. We dropped something in the bedroom and discovered under the bed hadn't been vacuumed in God knows how long. To top it off the kitchen tap wouldn't turn off which made sleeping near impossible with the constant noise of the fast dripping tap. The lady called the next day and had someone come in and clean the kitchen microwave and remove the rug - this removed the smell. The kitchen was too late as I had already cleaned it to use it. They said that they already knew about the tap!!!! and

+Had everything we needed....kitchen, dining table, couch, washing machine. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable.
−Could do with a little freshening up and shower/bathroom could do with a little love

「Overall stay was good close to food supplies and my schedule appointments.」
+Close proximity to shopping center. Good Wi-Fi and smart TV. Security Cameras.
−No private dryer in Apartment for clothes. Poor security for ease of access to the property to anybody from the public. Locking system for front door seems weak.
