「Parking fine for the hotel`s car park」
+Very frustrating experience to be honest. However, the kitchen inside the room is convenient. The hotel is clean and staff tries to help.
−Parking your car is organised through the supermarket parking lot next door. Seven weeks after I checked-out the hotel, I got a fine for 80 Euro saying I used the car park for too long since I had stayed more than two hours. The hotel claimed I had forgotten to register my license plate for the free parking. This was not true since I put the license plate of my car into their system myself. This makes it a rather expensive stay! I would not stay again.

+Am Anfang der Preis.
−War leider nicht sauber. Geschirr und Gläser mussten vor Gebrauch gereinigt werden. WC- Deckel rutschte hin und her. Total hellhörig ☺️.

+Die Lage ist direkt in einem Gebiet mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Deckung des täglichen Bedarfs. Eine Autobahnauffahrt- und abfahrt liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

−Zimmer und Bad haben extrem nach Rauch gerochen. Aufenthalt als Nichtraucher kaum möglich

+Condiții excelente, check-in facil , curățenie exemplară aparate de cafea la parter cât si băuturi răcoritoare la automat. Recomand cu încredere !
−Aparatele de check-in și check,out nu recunoșteau numărul rezervării însă în timpul zilei există personal la recepție

「Good to stay one night.」
+Good to stay one night. Clean, specially the bathroom.
−The room size was so tiny. The furniture makes the room so uncomfortable. The lighting was so bad and annoying.

「Residence nuovo e pulito」
+Residence localizzato nella periferia sud di Monaco, comodo all'autostrada e vicino ad una stazione di treni urbani che , con frequenza di 20 minuti, collegano questa località al centro di Monaco. Il residence è nuovo e dispone di un'ottantina tra camere e monolocali con angolo cottura. Parcheggio privato. Check-in e check-out si gestiscono facilmente in completa autonomia e in varie lingue (anche in italiano), previe precise indicazioni che arrivano via mail. Il monolocale con angolo cottura, pur piccolo, è pulito e funzionale.
