「WUnderschöne Anlage, gute Lage und sehr nettes Personal.」
+Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt, das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und hervorragend und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Beide Strände sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar und die Restaurants in der Nähe bieten eine gute Auswahl an.
−Der Regen, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts :)

+We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as a family of four, with two daughters aged 3 and 8. Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the children’s pool was clean, pleasant, and well-maintained.
−Things that could be improved: We didn’t realize the hotel is divided into two areas with a road between them, with the children’s pool on one side and the main pool on the other. Walking between them in a swimsuit is not very comfortable. There are also many additional charges for things we would normally expect to be included, such as the safe, gym, and pool/beach towels. We were also asked to pay an additional €10 per night in taxes. However, this charge was not clearly shown in our Booking.com reservation, so I refused to pay it, and ultimately we were not charged. The gym is very well equipped, but unfortunately has no air conditioning, making it almost impossible to exercise during the hot hours of the day. The kitchen area was quite dark and lacked basic items such as a cutting board, sponge, and dish soap. The room was cleaned daily, which was great, although the bath towels were not replaced. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but the many additional charges and small details were disappointing, especially considering the price we paid.
「Nette Hotelanlage in einer guten Gegend auf Kreta」
+Die Lage ist gut. Unweit vom Dorf das richtig gute Restaurants hat. Der Mini Hafen wirkt beim 2 Blick immer sympathischer.. schöne Ecke. Die Zimmer sind gut, die Betten bequem. Die Beleuchtung ist ausbaufähig. Speziell im Bad.
−Man merkt das einige Dinge nicht zu ende gedacht werden. Z.b. das Gefälle in der Dusche im Bad. in der Küche gehört einfach eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine 🤦🏻♂️ Das ständige Rechnungen „hinterhertragen“ ist nervig. Hängt vermutlich mit den hohen Strafen bei einer Kontrolle zusammen.. die Terrassen sind lieblos gemacht.. im Poolbereich kein Schatten ausser Sonnenschirme.. wie wäre es mit Pflanzen? 🌱😉🤷🏻♂️ die Anlage ist recht neu.

「Very nice」
+I liked the room. It was nice and the cleaning service.
−The pool was very quite. It could be more animated. Stairs when i had a toddler and stroller.
