10.0「Open-air common spaces & clean rooms」
+Fantastic common outdoor space in a small town, close to hiking, mountain biking, and lots of hunters in fall. Even on Sunday was able to get food from one of three spots.
−They did a great job at keeping the place clean, so smelled a bit of cleaning solution. Solved by screened windows that opened :-).
+We fished the Walker River for two days and this was the perfect place to stay.

4.0「Nice place great ambiance but hard time sleeping for reasons mentioned」
+The place was great the room appeared to be incredibly clean, the decor great the whole ambiance was great
−I did not sleep well because something in the bed made me itch and when I'd get up and turn on lights there would be a couple of baby cock roaches on floor. I ended up leaving at 4:30 in the morning because of the bed. But I can tell the owners take great care to maintain this place and am sure this will concern them. I really like the hotel outside of this one problem.
+This was a cozy stopover along a long road-trip. I loved the room with it’s woodsy-log cabin vibes and the patio chairs just outside the room. Very comfortable and the gentleman who checked me in was great!

8.0「Very pleasant and met our travel needs well. I'd certainly stay here again.」
+Helpful and friendly. Willing to be there for late night check in. Pleasant grounds and quiet setting. Room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
−No AC, which wasn't actually required, meant leaving front window open, so rooster crowing required getting up to shut the window.
