−I don’t understand why this property is listed on Booking.com if they cannot properly manage their reservations. I booked my stay four days before my arrival, but when I arrived, I was informed that the property was overbooked and that they could not accommodate me. It seems that the property has serious issues managing bookings through Booking.com, as the staff appeared confused and did not seem to know which reservations were confirmed. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and proper organization. A confirmed reservation should mean that a guest has a place to stay, especially when the booking was made several days in advance. Arriving at a property only to be told that there is no room available is extremely frustrating and can ruin travel plans. I strongly recommend that future guests be cautious when booking this property. The management needs to improve its reservation system and communication with Booking.com to ensure that other guests do not experience the same problem.

−Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I made a reservation four days in advance through Booking.com and arrived expecting my confirmed reservation to be honored. Instead, I was told that there was no availability and that they could not accommodate me. The most shocking part was that when I contacted the person responsible, they did not even seem to know that the property was still open and accepting bookings on Booking.com. They were not aware that the property was available for booking. This is a serious management and communication failure. If you do not know whether your property is open for reservations, you should not leave it available for customers to book. I had a confirmed reservation and arrived at the property only to discover that their internal problems had become my problem. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.
