「Was moved to another hotel at midnight before checkin」
−Tl;dr I would avoid as staff made us walk to another hotel at midnight because of an electrical fault with the kettle before we checked in, without telling us this before we arrived. No compensation given. We informed staff we would be arriving on a train around midnight, they indicated that was fine. We arrive around 12:30AM. The staff member said “we were waiting for you”. Then proceeds to inform us that our room is no longer available due to an electrical failure with a kettle and that they have booked another hotel for us elsewhere in the city. The staff were messaging me throughout the day and did not bring this to our attention until we arrived at 12:30AM. A staff member then walked and directed us to the new hotel in the dark past midnight, which was some 400 metres away. We had various heavy bags and suitcases but the staff member did not assist us at all, until about 100 metres away they offered to carry a smaller bag. When arriving at the new hotel, we were told by the Ametist Hotel staff told us we must move back to the Ametist tomorrow. This arrangement was not compatible with our travel plans. When I suggested this, the Ametist hotel staff and the new hotel staff had a

−Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, despite travelling frequently both privately and for work. Our room was located directly above the restaurant area, and the noise was extremely disturbing. Loud music continued until around 11:30 PM, making it impossible to relax or sleep. After the music finally stopped, staff began moving tables and chairs around, creating additional noise that continued until after midnight. We contacted reception several times and asked for help, but unfortunately nothing was done. I also spoke to the hotel manager (Jasul) and was told that they were having a party for Russian guests and that this was simply the situation and something I would have to accept. I found this response very disappointing and disrespectful towards other paying guests. What bothered me even more was the way the situation was communicated. We were repeatedly told that the party would finish soon, but the noise simply continued. If the hotel knew in advance that there would be a loud event directly below the guest rooms, this should have been communicated during check-in. Alternatively, we could have been offered a quieter room away from the restaura
