「Staff seemed poorly trained」
−Hotel billed my credit card although Booking .com already billed. I have called three times and hotel fails to revund duplicate billing. Please help.

−NO BREAKFAST, ICE, IRON, LUGGAGE CART, KEY CARD HAD TO KEEP BEING REPROGRAMMED, WINDOWS WERE ROTTEN AND FRAMES CAME APART WHEN OPENED, HOT WATER IN SINK TOOK FOREVER, NO FITNESS ROOM, NO ELEVATOR, PILLOWS WERE FLAT AND HARD - IT'S A GOOD LOCATION, THE ONLY HOTEL IN PRENTICE BUT OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE PLACE WAS HORRIBLE - GOOD LUCK TO YOU, HOPE YOU CAN GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT!
