「Cool hotel but room was not good」
+The communal areas are great and the staff helpful. The location is central and near to the bars as well as galleries.
−Our room was supposed to be ‘city view’ but our window faced a wall. No view at all which was disappointing given it’s not a budget hotel. Otherwise the room was clean and nice but basic.

+The location is perfect and central, and the hotel is gorgeous and immaculate.
−Nothing, it was perfect. I suppose if you’re a light sleeper you’d struggle as the hotel is so central to the nightlife l. I am not a light sleeper, so slept like a baby.

+I accidentally double booked and they were very prompt in refunding, Thankyou. Let’s be honest it’s an inner city hotel, in the heart of the entertainment district so you get the vibe.its safe as houses abd any noise is minor. Great place to base yourself

「Small rooms, no space.」

−The rooms are very small. No chairs, no fridge. Balcony has 1 chair. TV kept going off.

「Be aware there are no facilities in the room at all.」
+Location was close to the tour pickup point for me and the reason for selecting the hotel
−There were no facilities in my room to make a coffee/tea - no kettle or fridge. This was only available in a common area on level 1. For the price of the room it was very disappointing and I would not book this hotel again.

「Service sucked and a greenwashing scam」

−I opted not to have my room not serviced for 2 days in return for vouchers which were not honoured - total scam. At checkout, I was not informed of these extra charges made to my card and was not offered a receipt. Have been trying to follow up - they do not answer their phone and do not respond to website enquiries. Staff were generally unfriendly bordering on hostile. I finally got through to staff through messages on booking.com and I asked them to send me a copy of the voucher that supposedly detailed their terms. What they sent me - wasn't it - it was just something printed on a piece of paper - not the grey glossy cardboard I received. They also refer to the "Lobby restaurant" - no such thing. All they serve is an overpriced and very limited continental breakfast for $30!

「Tiny rooms with no amenity and greenwashing scam」

−I booked this for my parents and they did not like that you couldn't make a cup of tea in their room or had a fridge to keep their wine. Had to go down to the common area for this. They opted not to have their room serviced in return for a food and drink voucher which was not honoured. They were told at the Lobby Bar, they could not buy a packet of chips with their voucher because it was a "snack and not food". Total scam! Staff were generally unfriendly bordering on hostile.

「Perfect location, staff are friendly」
+The room had a balcony which was lovely to oversee the city. Rooms are neat and tidy and the location is perfect.
