+Localização excelente, perto da estação Como St. Giovanni, com boas opções de transporte de barco e ônibus para os passeios no lago. O hotel tem boas instalações e o atendimento dos funcionários foi muito bom.
−Único ponto a melhorar é com relação ao conforto e qualidade dos travesseiros do quarto, pois são muito duros e finos.

「A basic hotel in central Como that would greatly benefit from a comprehensive renovation.」
+The hotel is located right in the center of Como, just by the beautiful Piazza Volta, which is a 4-5-minute walk from the lake. In this sense, the location is excellent. Overall, the staff were very kind and tried to help. It is important to note that my first night was in a very disappointing room, and then I moved to another room, which was much better.
−I really don’t understand how this hotel got 3 stars. This is more of a hostel than a hotel, with dated rooms. I stayed for three nights, and the first night was a nightmare. The main light was always on, so when I turned it off, it became a nightlight (it really felt like a flashlight in your eyes). It was like a flashlight on my face (see photo). After a night of almost no sleep, I asked to change rooms, and the person at the front desk said they were totally full but would fix the lamp. I told them that, in this case, I would prefer to move to another hotel, but they did not agree to give me a refund. I told myself,ok, it is only 2 more nights, and if they fix it, things should be ok. Alas, when I returned to the room late that afternoon, I found the lamp still wasn't fixed. I asked again for a refund, but then, in a surprising turn of events, they found another room, which was much better than the one I initially stayed in. I must stress that my complaint is not about the guys at the front desk, who were always very kind, polite, and aiming to help, but against the invisible, poor management that runs this place awfully. 「Boa escolha!」
+A frente do hotel e simples e sua entrada fica um pouco escondida, mas a localização foi ótima e fomos muito bem recebidas. A recepção tem o espaço pequeno, então quando chega muita gente ao mesmo tempo aperta. O quarto é bem confortável e tudo limpinho. Café da manhã é uma delícia!!!

「Great, clean rooms」
+Great location, clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. The building is a bit old but the hotel rooms are well maintained. Located close to the train station and in a beautiful plaza filled with cafes and restaurant. I recommend!
−The windows are not sound proof, if you’re a light sleeper the noise at night might bother you, for us it want a problem
