「Exceptional, the most amazing staff and location」
+Everything about Aether Pai Villa is perfect, especially the staff, so helpful, polite, thoughtful, kind, this is now the 4th time we have stayed here and it gets better and better, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Pai
−Nothing, everything is absolutely perfect, there is no negatives at all, one of my favourite places in the whole of Thailand, not just Pai

「wer didnt stay !!!」
−Subject: Refund Request - Aether Pai Villa, Pai, Thailand Dear Booking.com Customer Service, My name is Tamir Reuvenoffe, and I would like to request a full refund for booking number 4531990486, regarding Aether Pai Villa in Pai, Thailand. Upon arrival, we found that the property did not match the photos or description on your site and was unsuitable for our stay: 1. The back of the unit was completely open, allowing animals and even people to enter freely - posing a clear safety and privacy risk. 2. The private pool was filled with flies and mosquitoes, making it unusable. 3. Our daughter, who has a mosquito allergy, began showing signs of an allergic reaction immediately upon entering the unit. 4. We spoke with the owner on site, who understood the situation and advised us to contact you for the refund. Given that we did not stay at the property and had to urgently find alternative accommodation, I kindly request a full refund. Booking details: • Name: Tamir Reuvennofe • Email: tr242003@walla.co.il • Phone: +972-50-9700331 • Booking number: 4531990486 Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Tamir Reuvenoffe
