「Quaint and comfortable with an attentive owner.」
+I used the location as a base. I didn’t plan on staying in the room, but only to sleep. Great location for football and exploring Wrexham. I always looked forward to returning after a long day. Very homey and comfortable.

+Brilliant all round experience highly recommended. Great location for football and centre. Mark great host. On street parking directly outside the house.

+Mark was welcoming and went above and beyond. He carried my suitcase upstairs,took time giving directions to town and offered to give me an early morning lift to the train station. The property is conveniently situated.
−Having the bathroom downstairs was the only downside for me.

+The room was a very good size Good communication re key codes prior to arrival.
−Parking is not private, but your only told this half an hour before your about to check in.we asked the host about it and he began reeling off excuses,he collared me 3 times over our stay to ramble on with excuses as to why the Parking is as it is and blaming booking.com for mis advertising it.the advert says private however its street parking is the bottom line. The bathroom is downstairs, which in the mornings the host is sat in his office with the door open and to leave the bathroom to get to your room you have to walk passed him and the bathroom is too small to get dressed in so very uncomfortable. In our room was a fan attached to the light which we put on and one of the blades flew off hitting the wall, when we informed the host he came upstairs and didn't ask if he could enter our room he just barged in to fix it. The bathroom floods when you use the shower and it wasn't clean.fridge in our room was dirty,bedding smelt like it was freshly laundered but it was stained.the bed itself was reasonably comfortable and the towels were clean and well presented. We found the host rambley and full of excuses.
