+easy check- in, wonderfully accommodating host and overnight manager. Delicious breakfast choices and great coffee! Cozy room with well-appointed bathroom amenities. Comfy bed, very clean and exceptional location to town and beach!

「Small Room with Limited Space」
+Room was clean, staff was helpful
−While the location/stay had its points, the room configuration was disappointing. The room and bathroom are very cramped, and the low ceiling directly above the bed is a safety hazard, I repeatedly bumped my head trying to navigate around the room. Additionally, the bathroom sink is tiny with no ledge or space to put toiletries. Location and cleanliness was great. Given the room size and layout, it did not feel worth the price paid.

「Very disappointed, this was an expensive hotel. and the photos misrepresent the property」
+Rooms were clean. Bed was ok.
−We were extremely disappointed with our stay at the Abalonia Inn. Given the price and the way this property is presented as a higher-end accommodation, the condition of the property and the response from management were unacceptable. Our concerns included: * **Visible mold in and around the air-conditioning unit**, extending up the wall in our room. * **Cracked and missing tiles around the pool**, leaving exposed cement and areas clearly in need of repair. * **Poor exterior maintenance**, including weeds growing at least a foot high out of the gutters on the main building, clearly visible from the pool area. * **A hot tub with a broken heater**, making it unusable as intended. * **Wi-Fi/internet that did not work in Room 24**, despite the room being directly across from the reception area. ***What made the experience even more disappointing was management's response. We spoke directly with the property manager about these issues. Rather than acknowledging our concerns or apologizing, he blamed the Wi-Fi problems on the local internet provider and said there was nothing he could do about the slow service. He also attributed the hot tub problem to children using it. There was no apol
