「We had a bad experience」
+We are extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience at your hotel and restaurant. The entire hotel had an unpleasant smell, which made our stay uncomfortable. We had dinner at your restaurant, but unfortunately, all the food served to us was stale. The dal was particularly disgusting, with a foul smell, indicating that it had gone bad. Serving such food is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food quality and hygiene. Moreover, the waiter's behaviour was extremely rude, and our concerns were not handled properly or professionally. We are highly disappointed with the poor food quality, unhygienic conditions, and unprofessional service. We expect better standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service from a hotel and restaurant. We hope the management takes this complaint seriously and takes immediate corrective action to ensure that other customers do not face the same experience.

「Will never stay here again」
+Staff at front desk was very rude . Even when u visit restaurant , their servise was poor .food quality is average. Nothing was there which i can like there

+The location
−The first time I stayed it was very clean. This time around the bathrooms were stained. There was a constant sound from the ac. When asked to change the room or do something the staff was indifferent and just didn’t care.

「Very bad」
+Stayed at Hotel No.1 and had a terrible experience. The service quality is pathetic. From check-in to check-out, the staff showed no professionalism or courtesy. Basic requests were ignored.
