+Hotel tranquillo, con staff gentile, camera singola confortevole e metro a due passi, molto comoda per spostarsi. Nel complesso, mi sono trovata bene!
−L’unica nota negativa riguarda la colazione: la scelta del salato è piuttosto limitata e consiste principalmente in prodotti confezionati, come paté.

「Good service and location, overpriced for the experience offered.」
+Excellent location directly next to the metro station, making it very easy to get around Madrid. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel is a practical base for exploring the city, with good access to public transport and nearby amenities.
−Sound insulation could be improved, as noise from the hallway and surrounding areas was easily audible from the room. The room also lacked amenities such as a coffee or tea station, minibar or refrigerator, complimentary bottled water, and USB charging ports. Considering the rate paid, the overall level of comfort and amenities felt somewhat limited.

「Çok güzel ve konforlu bir konaklamaydı」
+Tesis temizdi, hemen metronun yanında olduğu için her yere çok kolay ulaşım sağladık, oda büyüklüğü yeterliydi, banyoda ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı.
−Küçük bir eksik olarak belki her odada buzdolabı olabilir bazen aldıklarımızı/suyumuzu koyabilecek yer bulamadık.

「The price we paid was three times the value we received.」
+We had a bed to sleep in. And the room was clean. It was right next to the subway station.
−Breakfast was okay. The hotel lost power 10 minutes after we arrived in our room so we could not charge our phones. The thermostate did not work so no air conditioning. Had to open a window and the noise and light from outside did not help our sleep. An alarm went off at 4:00 am and when I tried calling the front desk the phone did not work. The explanation was there was someone sleeping

「Overpriced」
+Good location, very clean
−Really basic facilities. No kettle, shower was poor with water squirting in all directions. Blind didn’t work (though did have curtains too), no bin in the main room. For these basic things not to be there compared to the price I paid is really quite outrageous and frustrating. Also the fire alarm went off twice for seemingly no reason in the middle of the night, but we had no communication from staff and no apology when it was proven to not be an issue. Also, it took me a good 10 minutes to realise it was even a fire alarm, so the alert system itself isn’t good enough.
