−My room only had access to to a bath with a hand held shower hose. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

+The host Ash was excellent. So friendly and the morning cups of tea or coffee were greatly appreciated. The property is also very quiet so great for resting. I would be delighted to return the next time I go to Nelson

−Ce n'était pas propre du tout. La salle de bain et la cuisine en un piteux état. J'ai du faire enlever le couvre lit, tâches douteuse. L'endroit mérite un bon nettoyage de partout.

+Amazing experience - nothing like a typical stay! I was stuck in Nelson with an injury while traveling internationally and was treated like family while staying here. Had many delightful conversations along with tea, cookies, & snacks.

−Parking. More an issue with Nelson city. The streets aren't wide and the parking space barely wide enough.
