「Not as I expected」
+Very good location, the stuff are very nice, helping and friendly, very nice decoration room
−Very noisy!!!! The other guests had many children that play in the hallway very loudly, I asked a few times to be a little bit quiet but it was like this all weekend and the staff just allowed them and didn’t ask them to be back to their rooms . It was very difficult to rest and have a good vacation here. You can ear *every* conversation from the other guests.

「אירוח מעולה, היו דברים שציפינו למעט יותר」
+המיקום מיוחד ביותר, קרוב להרבה מקומות מעניינים. הנוף של כל ירושלים פשוט עוצר נשימה, חוויה באמת מיוחדת במינה. יש הרבה מקום בסוויטה, אירוח מושלם למשפחה עם ילדים
−יש מעט סימני בלאי, הניקיון היה טוב אבל לא מושלם (ביום השני עשו ממש ניקיון חפיף). התאכזבנו מהחדר הנוסף, בתמונות עולה הרושם שיש שני חדרי שינה בגודל מלא, במציאות החדר השני מספיק בקושי

「wonderful service and hospitality!」
+We arrived at the hotel and, to our embarrassment, discovered that I had made a mistake with the booking date and had accidentally booked the room for next year. Luckily for us, there was one last room available, and the reception team did everything they could to help us sort out the mess .The staff were wonderful helpful, kind and welcoming with a smile and a positive attitude. We received excellent service and truly felt that they wanted to help us. The room itself was pleasant, clean and well maintained, and the view was simply breathtaking. A huge thank you to the team for the wonderful service and hospitality!
