「DISGUSTING DIRTY FILTHY!!!!」

−DISGUSTING DIRTY FILTHY!!!! Someone lives in the flat and rent out when gone! -Someones clothes everywhere - Dirty sheets on bed with hair on top and white stains on black sheet covers. We can only Quest what it is. - Filthy bathroom hairs in shower tub Very unpleasant stay - NO HOT WATER TO WASH HAND OR HEATING ONLY SMALL ELECTRIC HEATER IN ROOM Very dirty and horrible stay! DO NOT BOOK THIS! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

「Good place to stay.」
+Place was lovely, like the fact you get a flat and not just a room.
−Couldn't get the tv to work only got Netflix which I don't have a subscription for.

+Great location, very clean and a decent amount of space.
−Only downside was no fan available in the middle of a heat wave , communication wasn't always the clearest.

+It was a nice apartment in a nice location with good parking space, and Jacob was very welcoming. Basic breakfast with cereal,granula, cake, tea, and milk. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time. If I have to go back to London, I'll be staying again!
−Just a personal preference - I don't like divan/panel beds but no complaints as that's what we got! Lack of cooking utensils - need to bring your own if you want to cook a meal!

「Spacious, Homely property and Friendly Host.」
+Spacious, comfortable and clean. Also, homely feeling.
−Jacob was friendly, welcoming and helpful . Ideally located for the train station 🚉 and super close to Lidls. I will definitely stay there again.

−Everything was awful. The pictures speak for themselves he’s clearing living here, and didn’t even bother to have a cleaner come in and take care of anything hairs on the toilet hairs in the bathtub his clothes in the wardrobe bedsheets not washed. I left immediately and booked a travalodge. Currently waiting for a refund from booking.com. Highly recommend you stay away from this place.
