−Our apartment was at the top of three flights of stairs, could be a problem for anyone with disabilities.

「Fleas at property and very poor customer service for the issue, no refund received.」
−I booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 because the apartment was infested with fleas. I awoke to them jumping on me and was bitten, I packed my things in a hurry and tried to arrange alternative accommodation through the host but they had no where else available, so I had to book a more expensive stay elsewhere. I received no refund for this and the host denies the presence of fleas at the property, although they did send around pest control to do a flea spray. For the poor service I would not stay again, there are plenty of other places to stay in Settle.

「Excellent location」
−Some amenities not quite as good as before. Towels smelly, shower could not be changed and too hot.

「Heerlijk rustig en comfortabel.」
+De ruimtes zijn sfeervol ingericht en comfortabel.
−Lastig om binnen te.komen in de regen. Deurknop is dan glad met motorhandschoenen aan. Verder wel wat trappen en een branddeur voordat je bij het appartement bent.

−The shower didn’t drain on the first night…but it was fine the next! Can’t really fault it otherwise.

「Short stay in Settle.」
+Very spacious, well decorated and well maintained apartment. Excellent location in the centre of town. The apartment was very quiet despite being in the town centre..
−Two flights of stairs was not an issue for me, but may be for anyone with mobility issues.

「Really Pleasant Stay.」
+Great location and value
−Very Minor things; Bathroom mirror light doesn’t work. Hall lights didn’t work. Big clock in kitchen stopped (it stopped whilst I was there and only mention this in case battery doesn’t get replaced, it’s really handy to see the clock).
