+Geräumige Wohnung an super Lage zum Strand und Restaurants/Cafes
−Sehr laut vor allem am Wochende. Es war etwas schmutzig und gab kein Putzequipment (Staubsauger, etc.). Auch bspw. WC Papier und Seife etc waren nicht wirklich aufgefüllt, insbesondere nicht vor dem Hintergrund, dass wir einen ganzen Monat das Apartment gebucht haben.

+Excellent location. Good clean modern facilities.
−Parking garage only suitable for small car. While apartment has airconditioning in living area, Bedrooms do not have air-conditioning, only fans.

+The location of the property was a 10/10. Walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend this accommodation. We will definitely come back.
−Nothing too critical but It would have been helpful to have had a broom available to sweep up any excess sand.

−We stayed here a year ago and we were happy to overlook some minor issues because of the above Minor issues were broken toilet roll holder,poor drainage in the shower, no cloths or cleaning products, Broken can opener etc need to update some kitchen utensils and furniture generally

+Location -amazing , food shops beach Apartment size -fantastic Cleanliness -was good Communication was good Price was good
−Stairs to apartment 6 flights of stairs not good for the bad knees & backs or simply people who aren’t steady on their feet For older people/mobility issues wouldn’t recommend -accessibility would be very hard if not impossible for the more challenging people Would recommend advertising STAIRS ONLY

−Needs some minor maintenance eg shower not draining, kitchen tap loose, toilet roll holder falling off, kitchen door won’t stay closed Could do with some extra crockery or enough dishwasher tablets for one a day Noisy at night
