+كل شي صراحة اعجبني انا من عشاق القاهرة اول مره اشوف بمصر بفندق يهتم في النزيل ويسال عنه وحن راحته واحتياجه لاي شي ويتابعه لحين راحته فعلا اقامه كانت جميله بفندق نضيف جدا كل شي فيه نضيف ولايوجد فيه اي روائح مزعجه الي الامام واشكر الادارة المشرفه علي هاذا الفندق

「Lazy people who are just after your money and no customerservice」
+Clean room, bed and working AC
−No warm welcome. At arrival he was unfriendly. I had to sign a piece of paper, and ofcourse i want to read what i sign. Im not just signing without reading. But the man looked super annoyed and sighed that i wanted to read the paper. Rolling his eyes. No Dishwash soap for washing the dishes. We had to buy it. Only first day waterbottles. Handwash soap 90%water 10% zeep. No toothbrushes No toothpaste No Haircap/cotton buds No hairdryer(happy to read reviews where they say the same!) No sponge No daily towels. ( i have stayed in many other residence where they do give daily new towels and clean daily, or at least every other day) Cleaning only every 4 days and if you want them to clean more often you have to pay extra. After day 4 we thought the cleaners go by themselves to clean our room, but they told us to tell the receptionist first that we wanted to hv our room being cleaned. Drunk man in hall in the night for many hours screaming and no one who took care of that. Smell of strong sigarettes in the night. We couldnt bare the smell. No salt and pepper. Tissues came after they cleaned after 4 days. Second room no wasmachine (which i paid for)and smaller. But they keep saying its th

+كل شئ كان رائعا المكان الموقع وموظفي الفندق ايضا وخاصة الفتاة التي في الاستعلامات كانت متعاونة للغاية ولكني نسيت اسمها
−هناك سلالم حتى اصل الى باب الفندق وانا امراه كبيرة في السن كان من الصعب ان اصعدها ، ماعدا ذلك الفندق اكثر من رائع اذا سافرت الى القاهرة مرة ثانية باذن الله ساختاره من جديد

「Nice, clean apartment in good neighborhood」
+The location is excellent, and the staff gave us a free upgrade to a 1-bedroom apartment which was very nice. The facility is clean, the staff were helpful, and it was a bonus to be located in the same building as a nice Illy cafe. The price was very reasonable for the size of the apartment.
−The only issue I had with the property is that the windows were not very soundproof, so the noise of the traffic from the street below came into the apartment.
