+Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes, équipement correct.
−Lave vaisselle sale pas utilisable. Il y a un Lave linge mais le produit lessive n'est pas proposé, il fallait qu'on achète spécialement au supermarché... Sinon le reste est correct.

+Not a lot really.
−Check in was at 4pm. We arrived after 5 pm. And had to send message to owner, to get lockbox access code. Upon entering, there was a musty smell, (basement apartment, partially below ground, so expected) Limited linen. (One single blanket and one pillow on each of the beds,) Shower doors broken, and no towels supplied. Sent message to owner, about towels, and got reply saying no towels being supplied. Somewhat disappointed as property description clearly shows towels, supplied. Amongst other items also not included.

+The house is beautiful, very comfortable. It had everything I needed, and when we arrived the house was beautiful and smelling great, super warm. We loved our stay.

−The wifi is very slow and weak. The big screen tv is only for the advertising but cannot be used. It's always loading when being used. There is no coffee machine, only coffee filter.

「Generally clean but subpar overall」

−1st time I felt the rating on the site did not reflect the quality of the accommodation. The apartment is in a refurbished basement. But the remodeling work is often subpar. The bathroom looks nice. Location seems a bit rundown on the exterior and is about 1/2 hr drive to get to most of what you want in Oslo. I regretted booking this lodging.
