+Great location to the beach, shops, restaurants & 2 minutes walk to Sealife. The room was clean & tidy.

+Good location, good apartment at a good price.
−The owner could cheaply fix a few minor issues to make a good apartment even better: - issue less confusing access and key instructions; - supply a key to the garage back door to improve access; - replace dud fluorescent tubes in the garage; - supply an anti-slip mat for the shower/ bath.

+Very good location for eateries and proximity to Club Mooloolaba (where functions were held). Room was very clean and fresh, with provision of bathrobes a extra bonus not expected. A credit to the cleaning staff. Good facilities and wi-fi. Easy access.
−I noticed a lot of water pipe hammer from the upstairs property and even my unit if the taps were turned off in the kitchen too fast (that is, as one would normally do). Also I could here the adjoing room wardrobes being opened and closed, so wall insulation is almost on-existent.
