+I like how it is so comfortable for me and my friends! The facilities is great and the service also fast!
−I didn't like that it have a cockroach at our room, I was eating dinner in the living room and suddenly there's a cockroach just walking around and getting near my food.. Also the TV sometimes can't connect with the internet even though it just beside it..

+The only positive aspects of this homestay were the availability of free parking and a smart TV.
−Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing and I did not feel that the homestay provided good value for the price paid. Communication with the host was poor. When I encountered issues with the air conditioning, the host took a very long time to respond to my messages, and I eventually had to call in order to get assistance. The same issue occurred with the security deposit refund. I was informed that the deposit would be returned within 24 hours after check-out, but there was no response to my messages during that period. I had to follow up with phone calls on the following day before the refund was processed, which made the experience frustrating and concerning. The photos on the booking platform were also misleading. The property appeared modern and well-maintained in the listing, but in reality it looked much older and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the unit was uncomfortable and not as advertised. Cleanliness was another major issue. The floor was extremely sticky, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was visible green mold around the sink area, and I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot inside the unit. Although there were two air condi
