−Nobody was there when I arrived and I didn‘t got any information in advance where to find the keys. fortunately I had a georgian sim card, so I could call the host and gave me the information. shortly afterwards somebody came to collect the money. the apartment is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. there are 4 beds and everything seems to be clean, but taking a closer look some of the blankets had small orange/red stains. I don’t know, but if you offer white linen, then they should be clean. location was top!

+Flat is well located and clean, the shower is warm and bed confortable. Internet works pretty fast and tv works as well
−There is no really proper terrasse as they said, it's more a parking area. Hard to be more antipatic than the owner.

+Apartment was modern, spacious and clean. We were greeted by the owner. The location is about 20 minutes from restaurant and market. In front of the house there is place to.park your car. Bathroom is outside of the aparment but on the same level just behind the doors.

「A good place to stay when visiting Adjaran villages.」
+Huge apartment. Full kitchen and a washing-machine.
−The windows only had light translucent curtains. There should have been a second set of opaque curtains, as is usual in most guesthouses in Georgia.

「The description of the accommodation does not correspond to reality」

−There was no air conditioning, although it is in the description. This was disappointing because we had chosen our accommodation based on the air conditioning. Language barier.
