「not a fan」
−had to wait on cleaner returning with the keys, the property had a lot of damage and dated

「Short but adequate」
−The bedrooms smelt a bit pungent and needed airing. Maybe no-one has stayed there recently but after a long trip it was slightly disappointing that they didn’t smell fresh or welcoming. We opened the windows which helped a little but the smell was still evident in the morning. The sheets were ok and obviously fresh but I would try and do something about the smell.

「Wouldnt stay again. Unless cleaned properly」
+The location & size of property was a bonus. the back garden was perfect
−The house was filthy. Skirting boards disguisting. Mould in shower. Damp smell throughout . The bedding also didnt smell fresh. The single beds were filthy looking.

+Location, spacious and quiet
−Maybe more hand towels would help and a blind on the 2nd toilet but it was very nice . Couldn’t get tv to work but we didn’t really use, would maybe affect other users.

+The area was quiet, the heating worked and fortunately the bedding was clean!
−Idyllic cottage I'm afraid to say isn't at all idyllic ,the bungalow is in very poor repair and needs some urgent attention inside and out. The whole place and especially the bathroom would benefit from a deep and thorough clean. You can't use the bath due to the very poor water pressure and it being so large it would take far to long to fill plus be cold by the time it had. It was also dirty! We were only staying the one night thankfully, and wouldn't have stayed any longer. We certainly wouldn't recommend. The property is currently up for sale and this might explain why it isn't be kept up to letting standards.
