「AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! Shouldn't even get a Star. Horrible. Paid my money and then couldn't get into the property」
+Absolutely NOTHING!!! Horrible hosts with no regards for anyone's safety
−Everything. The whole process was awful. They cancelled my accommodation due to "maintenance". But was able to rebook it again at a more expensive price. They sent me the information on how to get into the property. At 1am in the morning all the codes were not working. I was left stranded and had to drive back home. They didn't respond to any of my messages and their telephone number in record is a non working number. Booking.com was not helpful either- offering me approximately £50 to rebooked accommodation for 2 nights when all accommodation was sold out and what was on offer was way too expensive. I was left stranded and vulnerable. Put at risk. Had to drive home and take naps in the car. With what should have been a birthday weekend celebration. Completely ruined it for me.
「Might not let you check in」
+Nothing
−Booked apartment and requested check in details I was contacted and told to cancel as it wasnt available

−The provider changed the booking for a 2 Bedroom Apartment to a 1 Bedroom Apartment which had two single beds in its only bedroom. They claimed that this was the same as a 2 Bedroom Apartment. When I complained the owner, Simon de Havilland, called me a "f***ing c***t" and threatened me. The property is surrounded by vagrants who use the communal entrances which are littered with their rubbish. The door codes are easy sequential numbers which would take a child 10 seconds to guess. This is a wholly disreputable accommodation provider and should be avoided at all costs.

「Shameful.」
+Nothing.
−Never got into the apartment as the key was not in the key safe. Had to find alternative accommodation. The entrance was shabby. There was a whole in the wall leading to the stairs. Lights up the stairs didn't work. Had to use the torch on the phone to see where I was going. No comment regarding the inside of the apartment as I never got inside. Phoned the number available but no one answered. Sent a text and it bounced back. All quite shocking really. To stay at Flitwick Manor was the same price, so by the state of the outside I'm guessing it is also over priced. Clearly, I would like my money back!

−I was contacted the day before my stay to advise that the booking was cancelled due to an issue with the boilers and told I would be issued with a refund. This was now over two weeks ago, I have not received a refund and myself and booking.com have not received a response from the property! AVOID!!

「Worst management ever!!! No concern for their customer’s safety!!」
+This place could be nice if the owner made any effort, however they do not
−WiFi wasn’t working when we got there, they ignored my messages for 3 days before responding with the same wrong information they had already given us. I finally figured out on my own that they had given the wrong password and wrong network. Living room shade was dangling from the ceiling upon our arrival, I had to climb onto the window ledge to reinstall it. The front door handle was falling off, I had to borrow a screwdriver to tighten it up. The worst thing about this place was the lighting in the staircase and upper entryway. There were no lights!! Completely dark!! You had to use your phone to see anything! We stayed here for a month. I complained about this the first day. I complained after 3 days. I complained after 2 weeks. They completely ignored my concerns, never responded to my complaints. This is not only an inconvenience, it is a safety issue. This company has no concerns for their customers, only their profits. This listing should be removed immediately from Booking. Com. I will never stay at another place owned by this company.

「Convenient location」
+We have stayed here several times. It is convenient and there isn't much to choose from so we keep coming back.
−Very, very loud. There are often loud altercations outside from patrons of a nearby establishment. Also neighbors this trip we're EXTREMELY loud ALL NIGHT LONG one night. Also the kitchen is no longer well equipped. Each time we stay there is less. Also the oven was filthy.

「Not good lost the money on the room」
−went to where the post code said and couldn't find the place. We rang no answer. So gave up and had to book a room elsewhere
