「Albergo molto bello ma servizio host inaccettabile」
−L'albergo di per se è molto bello, abbiamo avuto però una pessima esperienza con l'host. Abbiamo prenotato SENZA POSSIBILITA' DI RIMBORSO tre notti in questa struttura, ci piaceva molto l'idea di avere un mini appartamento con vasca idromassaggio privata. La mattina stessa del nostro arrivo (noi ci trovavamo a 6 ore di distanza da Tulum) mi arriva un messaggio dall'host nel quale mi vengono comunicati i dati di accesso alla struttura e che la mia era una prenotazione con "CAMERA TEMPORANEA" quindi mi avevano assegnato una camera per le prime due notti e un'altra camera per la terza notte. Al chè gli chiedo come fosse possibile questa cosa in quanto io avevo una normale prenotazione per tre notti. Inizia a dirmi mille cose che concludono o con l'accettare la loro proposta o con un'offerta di rimborso per l'intero soggiorno. A quel punto io e la mia amica valutiamo la situazione, e decidiamo di accettare le due camere in quanto eravamo in viaggio, i telefono non prendevano bene, non riuscivamo a prenotare altre strutture per il giorno stesso e non volevamo rischiare di arrivare a Tulum e non sapere dove dormire, ma tutto ciò CON RISERVA DI DISCUTERE LA COSA AL NOSTRO ARRIVO. 「Excelentes Instalaciones, mejorar concierge」
+Instalaciones, habitación, alberca privada, gradeby roof.
−Poca información al momento de la entrega, no hicieron la limpieza ninguno de los 5 dias ni cambiaron toallas, cuando lo pedí por mensaje me dijeron que lo harían y no sucedió, tuve que llevar las toallas a recepción personalmente para que me las cambiaran.

「Great place, definitely recommend!」
+Great location close to La Veleta. The staff is great and they’re very communicative. It was very easy talking to them via Whatsapp. They also helped us with recommendations during our stay and figuring out some hiccups with transportation we had booked. Great spot in Tulum.
−The water in the washroom (for brushing teeth) didn’t taste great but then at the end of the stay I realized there was a gallon of potable water inside the closet :) So there was no problem really, we really enjoyed our stay.

+Très belle hôtel , propre spacieux vraiment magnifique , les deux femmes de la réception sont très très gentille et aimable vraiment merci à eux 🙂
−Juste l'extérieur les rue étaient pas du tout entretenue des gros trou donc il faut faire attention lorsque l'on conduit

「Een prachtig en comfortabel verblijf met vriendelijk personeel.」
+Het vroege inchecken, dat mogelijk was omdat we vroeger aankwamen, was een groot pluspunt en gaf ons extra tijd om van het verblijf te genieten, samen met het vriendelijke personeel. Het verblijf zelf was prachtig, netjes en stijlvol ingericht met een luxe uitstraling. De zwembaden waren mooi en leuk, de ligging rustig, en de ruime kamer bood alles wat we nodig hadden, inclusief een groot, comfortabel bed, goede internetverbinding en een zalig terras.
−De locatie was misschien niet helemaal ideaal, maar voldoende voor ons verblijf.

「Parfait」
+Tout était parfait. Le logement était bien situé. A environ 15min en voiture du « centre ville » de Tulum. Restaurants et 7eleven à proximité. La chambre, la literie, les espaces communs, le jardin , tout était très propre, confortable et décoré avec goût.
−La route pour y accéder est compliquée mais en y allant doucement ça va. (Prévoir un spray anti moustiques)
