+Gera buto vieta, tylu. 15 min. pėsčiomis iki traukinių stoties ir parduotuvių. Iki jūros apie 10 min. Paslaugus šeimininkas.
−Netinkamai veikiantis elektrinis virdulys (pats neišsijungia), prastas vyno kamščiatraukis. Atvykus būtų gerai rasti švarią (naują) kempinėlę ir šluostę indams.

+Udogodnienia potrzebne do codziennego funkcjonowania na miejscu, m.in. mikrofalówka, piekarnik, ekspres do kawy, pralka, żelazko. Przedmioty do sprzątania typu zmiotka, szufelka, mop. Cicha okolica, dostęp do parkingu, blisko sklepy. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Pani Mirabell niezwykle ciepła i otwarta osoba. :)

「Overall, very positive experience」
+We enjoyed staying in Cunit. Apartment is very convenient, 15 min walk from train station or a beach. Three bedrooms. Perfect for family with kids. No lift. Big supermarkets are about 20-25 min walk.
−Shopping trolley/ bag would be really useful
