「A pleasant apartment sits in a favorable location between Ipanema and Copacabana.」
+The location was excellent, within walking distance of Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, with several restaurants and bars close by. The apartment offered ample space for two and remained clean. The kitchen and fridge suited a brief stay, and the bed was comfortable. Cable TV was provided. The air conditioning in the living room and bedroom helped maintain comfort. The receptionist, Lucas, was professional and courteous.
−There was no soap or shampoo, we needed to go shop before our first shower. The toilet seat was too small for the fixture, making it hard to use. The host did not answer the phone; we tried calling about leaving bags in reception before check-in, but no one responded. Note that the receptionist will secure luggage before check-in if you arrive early. The bed cover was dirty and stained.

「Nice unit but not a nice stay」
+As described. Great location. Cleaning lady was lovely.
−Too many rules - quite uncomfortable. The staff are building staff - there are no hotel people onsite. Very difficult to get any help. Nice apartment but I wouldn’t stay here again.

「Bom, mas não volto.」
+Decoração muito moderna e nova.
−A acústica é péssima. O barulho do elevador altíssimo.

「Great location」
+The suite was spacious, and the location was perfect being in the middle of both Ipanema and Copacabana beaches, the supermarket was close by in case you wanted to cook, the staff were also very friendly and could speak enish which was a bonus, we recommend Anna Suites.
−Hand soap would be good in the bathroom
