「Clean, simple and near to conveniences」
+Location and the space bit there were no welcome pack, towels or suitable kitchen utensils for cooking
−It needs sprucing up, smelt slightly damp and the garden yard could of been tidied up due to over growth of weeds

−Bedsheet , blanket quality is so mad. Also Mattress too much soft uncomfortable for sleeping.

「Got off to a very bad start but improved.」
+The comfortable bed was the best feature. Although the facilities were described as shared I never actually saw any other guests at all, so I had all the facilities to myself!
−When I arrived nobody was there to meet me although I had been told by Booking.com that someone would meet me at the property. I arrived at around 10 pm and it was very cold and dark. When I telephoned the property no-one answered on my first 4 calls! Eventually someone answered and did not seem to be expecting me at all, even though I had told them of my arrival time and had paid in full! She arranged for someone else to come and let me into the property, but I had been left outside in the cold and dark, worrying for quite some time! Unacceptable really, despite profuse apologies.
