「Lovely stay just lacked a little attention to detail」
+Excellent views and in prime spot for lots of lovely walks.
−There was lots of food left in cupboards, fridge and work top, we felt like someone else was living there. There were also lots of toiletries that were half used in shower room. Bins had not been emptied.

「Great central apartment」
+Excellent location with nice bedrooms and living room. Cafe next door, take away around the corner, pub is a very short walk away. Excellent view out the window.
−Kitchen was a little cluttered and not as clean as the rest of the property (the rest of the property was spotless!)

「We had a lovely stay and would stay there again. It was such a pity the cleanliness was’nt 100%」
+Cosy flat, excellent view
−There were no toilet rolls, food was left in the fridge also the fridge wasn’t clean. The window ledge in the kitchen and the draining board on the sink were dirty. There should have been a new dish cloth and pan scrubber for every changeover. The pan scrubbers that were there were worn down and greasy and the dish cloths had been used. A small amount of butter was left in the butter dish which smelt off. Thick dust along the top of the headboard in the rear bedroom. Whoever cleans the flat needs to be replaced.

+The cosy flat with a view is a real gem in the heart of the village. Very comfortable, convenient and practical. A fully fledged kitchen for those bent on making a good meal after a day out in the Dales!

「Lovely flat in great location」
+Lovely comfortable flat which had all we needed and in a great location. Bed was excellent. Very close to shops and pubs and easy to park. Just what we wanted.
−My only comment would be if you could provide some instructions on using things such as the heating.

「Good」
+Good response from owners when we couldn't get TV or WIFI. Very modern and clean. excellent views from lounge.
−Everything at face value excellent, but beds and settee sadly too hard to be comfortable. Also, if 4 adults were to stay, where would they sit in lounge? Concerned about safety of steep stairs off hallway, Maybe build in a safety gate? Never succeeded in getting my laptop online.
