「Loved St.Augustine, so beautiful & not crazy busy.」
+The kitchen was really well equipped.
−The blowup mattress was not clear when I rented the condo. This wasn’t ideal for our 5th members comfort. The floor in the bathroom, under the sink was not clean. I dropped a lid & had to fish it out from underneath the sink. It’s easy enough to reach under it so the cleaning crew has no excuse.

+Great location close to the beach 5 minute walk! 5 miles to Historic downtown convenient to other stores for grocery shopping and a Walgreens if you needed something in a hurry! The pool was heated and a short walk away very nice!
−The condo is very old and some of it is remodeled the countertops, one bathroom cabinet and flooring. Furniture was fine, kitchen cabinets very old and cluttered although it was clean on the surface the floors were very dusty and dirty and the back bedroom closet was large but half was full of cleaning supplies and I did not like to put my clothes in there with the cleaning supplies, vacuum etc. also it's dog friendly which I don't mind but the screened lanai was full of dog hair all along the border and the few throw rug mats had a ton of dog hair on them! The condo especially the front bedroom had a bit of dog smell! All in all I liked the condo it just needs a little bit of work all the kitchen and bath towels need to be replaced they're very very old and thin. The beds were comfortable sheets fine! TVs and cable fabulous in both bedrooms and living room. New ceiling fans with lights were great! It needs a deep cleaning and it would be a great place to stay!

「Disappointed」
+One level and 2 bathroom's
−Dirty, deceiving location as far as the beach. She told me I should have let her know so they could come clean it. It should have been cleaned before we checked in. The ad says "Beautiful Beach Condo" but it was nowhere near the beach and was not a condo. The two pools were closed. When I contacted them just to give a heads up, she was very rude. When I told her I would not recommend after that conversation she said she thought I was a different guest. It shouldn't matter. I was there with my sisters on a sisters trip. Mind you we very in age from 55 to 80 years old. So not quite the partiers. I had not intended on giving a bad review but after her being extremely rude I had to let people know.
