“One of many stays.”
+Not a bad location, short walk into Darwin. Free parking is a bonus.
−We’ve stayed a few times, however, this time the room felt a little unkempt, fridge was dirty.

“Relaxing and great night sleep”
+The staff were so kind and attentive. They were so accommodating to us as my daughter had a broken foot so they let us use a nearby park spot. They let us stay by the pool all day while we waited for our flight after check out. The included breakfast was awesome too.

“Quiet location, very good pool deck, comfortable and clean room walking distance to all Darwin has to offer.”
+Quiet location, short walk to Darwin central, 15 min walk to botanic gardens. Quiet once in the room. Fantastic pool deck. Comfortable and very clean room, staff were helpful, very affordable. I will reccomend
−The pool water looked a bit green, I asked the staff and they were testing and adding chemicals daily to improve the quality of the water. Each day the water quality was improving.

“Modest, clean and comfortable property where you can self cater and do laundry.”
+We’d been there before and found it suited us so happy to return knowing the area and facilities. Location is not great but on this visit it was fine for a “transit” stay. The renovation/upgrade since 2024 was an improvement and we wish them well for their future success
−Location is a bit of a drawback for people wanting to explore Darwin but it was not a problem for us. We were given the wrong advice about the location of the bus stop for a trip to Fanny Bay but solved the problem ourselves. Staff need to have better local knowledge.
