+Ihanat ja avuliaat omistajat. Rannalle lyhyt matka. Viihtyisä patio oleskella, jacuzzi kiva lisä oleskeluun. Lähellä ravintoloita. Hyvät vuoteet ja hyvin varusteltu. Uima-allas siisti. Autolle hyvä parkkipaikka.

+Veldig hyggelige verter! flott beliggenhet med kort vei til strand, restaurant, butikker og tog. perfekt med basseng i varmen! Og avkjølende jacuzzi! Stille område. Anbefales!

+We had an amazing stay and can highly recommend this place! The villa is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi were fantastic - they made our holiday truly special. Every day we enjoyed relaxing by the pool, and our child was absolutely happy. It was the perfect place for a family vacation. The hosts are incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment and were always available if we needed anything. The location is quiet and peaceful, while still being close to the sea. We spent wonderful days here and created unforgettable family memories. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality! We sincerely hope to come back again in the future and will definitely recommend this wonderful place to our friends and family.

“Arnaque à la présentation de cette location”
+Rien un désastre..côté rue. Bruits..entouré de mur...Pas de confort extérieure..photos dissimulés sur la présentation.. aucune précision disant que un deuxième logement ce trouvait à l arrière..alors que je pensais à la vue des photos booking.que le logement était sud côté piscine....tromperie..arnaque..je vais porter réclamation..et si besoin demander avis à mon conseil...suis partie 4 jours plus tôt de ce logement truqué...
−Côté rue..bruits...entouré de ciment..Pas de vue piscine comme précisé sur booking.. je pensais réserver cote sud..aucune precision qu un deuxième logement ce trouvai tres mal placé côté rue au bruit..c est de l arnaque...cette annonce...je vais réclamer..voir demander un avis à mon conseil.. “The rest we needed after the city tours, hosts were excellent”
+Very clean, well appointed, private jacuzzi, lovely pool
−The location wasn’t great, neighbours dogs were noisy. Having an additional toilet would have been good

“Great location for a relax after the walking in Rome, and only 1 hour from Rome Termini Station.”
+Great facilities with use of a pool, sauna and hot tub. Very well presented kitchen and very clean and comfy beds. Great location only a few minutes walk from Marechiaro train station near Anzio. We got the train and the bus to Anzio for lunch and the train was easier and cheaper. Local amenities are OK and walking distance with a few nice restaurants and local shops, butchers/fishmongers/supermarket etc. Market day is Wednesday and well worth a visit for fresh vegetables and Italian produce. Shared pool between two apartments, but lots of sunbeds, and private hottub and BBQ/eating area. We were lucky enough to book both apartments so shared access tot he sauna was available.
