“Esperienza deludente”
−E' stata un'esperienza assolutamente deludente. Abbiamo prenotato una casa per 9 notti con 2 camere separate, eravamo 4 adulti. La casa che ci hanno assegnato non era quella che avevamo prenotato. Per le prime due notti ci hanno dato una casa non adatta per 4 adulti nonostante avessimo scritto in anticipo alla struttura. Abbiamo scoperto che lo stesso appartamento era stato dato anche ad altri ospiti, che avevano prenotato un'altra tipologia di alloggio. L'unico ingresso in casa era dalla camera matrimoniale dalla quale si accede per entrare in una sorta di corridoio con un cucinino e un letto a castello addossato alla finestra, che quindi non si poteva neanche aprire. Per accedere nel bagno bisognava passare da questo corridoio/stanza. Insomma spazio assolutamente insufficiente e nessuna privacy. A seguito delle nostre lamentele, dopo due giorni ci hanno trasferiti in un'altra casa, che comunque non era quella che avevamo acquistato. Nonostante il personale sia molto gentile, non ha nessun potete decisionale e i proprietari della struttura, con cui abbiamo parlato per telefono, si sono resi indisponibili e non sono intervenuti in alcun modo per migliorare la nostra situazione. +Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία μέσα στη φύση. Τα δωμάτια άνετα και καθαρά. Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό. Μας κέρασαν και σταφύλια.

−**BEWARE - the advertised location is misleading** The location shown on Booking.com is misleading and does not correspond to the actual location of the property. The villa is not in Potos as we expected from the listing, and it is not within walking distance of the beaches in Potos. The nearest beach is not close and, in our experience, was not a good option. This was a major issue for us because the location was one of the main reasons we chose this accommodation. We contacted the owner immediately upon arrival and explained the problem, requesting a **full refund so that we could leave the property and find alternative accommodation**. The owner refused to refund our money and did not seem interested in finding a solution or addressing our concerns. We also contacted Booking.com and provided evidence of the difference between the advertised and actual location. Unfortunately, despite acknowledging the issue, Booking.com did not provide a satisfactory resolution either. I strongly recommend that future guests carefully check the exact location of this property before booking and do not rely solely on the location information shown in the listing. +- Gazdele minunate, ne-au ajutat si cu o problema personala. Comunica foarte bine in limba engleza. - Daca te cazezi aici, beneficiezi de o reducere la tavarna proprietarului din orasul Theologos. - Apartamentul si curtea erau curate si ingrijite. - Unitatile de cazare se afla intr-o curte generoasa, inconjurata de livezi de maslini. In curte exista o piscina frumoasa unde am petrecut cateva ore zilnic. - Nu exista optiunea de mic dejun, dar ai plita, frigider si minim de ustensile in apartament pentru a pregati un mic dejun. Poti servi masa pe balcon unde ai masa si scaune cu vedere la mare. De pe balcon se vede un apus superb. - Camerele curate, ingrijite, apa calda fara probleme, gazda face curatenie la 1-2 zile fara sa anunti, poti sa o rogi oricand ai nevoie. Ai obloane in camere, perfecte perfecte pentru somn mai lung :)). - Parcare suficienta pentru toate masinile. - Locatie perfecta si pentru copii care au loc de joaca suficient si piscina pentru baie! Plus oițele vecinilor care sunt atractie irezistibila :)). - Cea mai apropiata plaja este San Antonio care este o plaja frumoasa, cu nisip si apa mica la mal. Destule optiuni pentru a lua masa pe plaja. Plus optiunea de sezlo

−The biggest issue was the misleading location information. The property was much farther from the center of Potos than indicated on Booking.com, which significantly affected our stay and transportation plans. We selected this accommodation specifically for its supposed proximity to the town center. Despite contacting the host, no satisfactory response was provided. I would not have chosen this property if the actual location had been clearly presented.

+Lep sredjen objekat i ceo plac, lepa cista soba, bazen cist. Osoblje Alma i Janis za cistu desetku. Za odlazak na plazu i ne mora uvek auto, posto ima plaza San Antonio na 7- 8 min peske . Za uvece i setanje po Potosu potrebno je auto.
−Boking mapa pokazuje lokaciju objekta u centru grada, a u stvarnosti se lokacija dosta razlikuje, oko 1 km van grada

+It was exceptionally clean, the room was cleaned every day. Also, it is a perfect location since it is in a quiet place - not exactly in the center, yet really close. I really loved the olive trees yard.
