+Super. Rien à dire.
−S’il faut vraiment chercher quelque chose à dire, la chambre n’était pas très grande.

+Clean, quiet, safe, well insulated as couldn’t hear anything from the road, great location.

+Absolutely perfect hotel, great location in the heart of collingwood & fitzroy areas, well presented, had all the amenities to make our stay exceptionally comfortable.

“A little muggy corrdor for $300 a night....”
+Good location.
−The room was suggested to us, after searching for a space for 2 adults + 18 month old baby. Turned out it is just a super tiny, muggy corridor with a littpe window crack. After putting a cot, we could not even turn in the tiny space provided, so we ended up spending the whole time out of the tiny muggy corridor. And we paid $507+$100 deposit for that. Definitely not staying there ever again.

“Absolutely amazing hotel 🙂”
+It was cosy, quiet and very chill. Rarely I heard noise from another room. The cleaning team and reception were excellent and very keen to help.
−We were in the room 113, one of the cement tiles between the two doors that goes to the courtyard is not fixed to the floor, so depending how you step into it, you can lose balance.

“Include parking for guests. Be honest about the weird and tiny layout. Be upfront about the balcony”
+Location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
−$45 additional for parking is outrageous, this should be included in the high cost for the accommodation. For the tiny room, having paid extra for a bath that was centered in the kitchen so did not use. Nothing to say about not being able to smoke on the balcony/outdoor area (this was the only reason for booking this accommodation). I come to Fitzroy to stay often and I will not be back to stay here.

+Location, location, location. Plus it was a comfortable and clean room. Onsite parking is a huge bonus in this area.
−Winter weight quilt means you have to run the aircon to avoid overheating. Unfortunately, pretty much the norm these days.
