“Experiencia ideal”

+Scandalous! What could have been a lovely stay turned into a very humiliating and stressful moment due to an unprofessional and rude management. At the very beginning of our stay, I gave 4 formal “expensive” shirts to the laundry and got them back with two sizes less. After having informed the reception, we received confirmation that I will be compensated for my shirts and that the price of our stay will be decreased accordingly. The receptionist implied that I was lying about the damage to shirts and I had to try them all in the middle of the reception to proof my good faith! This was a very humiliating moment and ruined completely our stay. We asked to see the manager but the trai

+A truly relaxing weekend which we thoroughly enjoyed. Nothing too much trouble for the wonderful receptionist who answered our requests immediately & with a smile. The food overall was excellent but the standard of the breakfast offering needs a little attention for freshness & presentation. We will definitely return to this wonderful place.
