+on the night of arrival the hotel was fully booked and their staff kept lying to me trying to give me the last available room which was in a terrible condition (broken furniture, dirty) and not the category initially booked. When i argued that it went totally against the room description and photos on their own official website they told me the photos were obsolete and need to be updated and that there was nothing else they could do to help. 2 hours later they found a slightly bigger room for me with no windows and they called it a "business class" upgrade. These liars shouldn't be running this business. Stay away!

+Very nice hotel, in the center of city, close to big shopping mall Galeria, and Krasnaya street with all shops, stores, cafes, restaurants. Overall a great stay. Breakfast was fabulous. The only issue we had was AC in the room that wasn’t working initially when we got to our room, but after trying to fix it, unsuccessfully , they finally moved us to a different room with free upgrade and good working AC. Thank you!
