“Meglio di quanto ci aspettassimo!”
+Posizione ottima vicino a 2 metro. Pulizia impeccabile all'interno della camera.

“Very pleasant staff . Hotel in a good location so easy to get into city centre.”
+Close to Pere Lachaise cemetery which was beautiful.
−Room on the small size. TV position was not good.

“THe location was good for us and we did not spend much time in the room. The staff were helpful and”
+The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean.
−We got stuck in the lift and they seemed more concerned with how many people than the fact that we were stuck (max capacity is 8 we were 6 and way below the max weight) - the lift is managed off site and they took ages just to respond to the alarm. The emergency lights on the stairwell was defective and there is not sufficient lighting on the stairs.

+The room was clean, we got fresh towels daily, and the coffee station was replenished every day, too. The staff were friendly, especially Sara, who helped us in any way she could. We arrived past 11:00 and the check-in was at 14:00. We left our luggage to eat, and when we returned, I asked if our room was available so we could feshen up, and my 80 year old mom could rest a bit before heading out. She checked the room and let us enter before 14:00.
−On our 2nd day, during breakfast, the croissants were gone and were not replenished. There were other choices of beead too, but it would be nice to have the bread that you like.

“I loved the location and loved the staff. All smiles and super helpful.”
+I liked the compactness of the room. Small but purposeful.
−We didn’t like that we couldn’t cast from our phone to the television. The last thing would be better signage to the breakfast room. Maybe some doors with glass so they look more inviting and less confusing.
