“There wasn't one”
+I didn't get to stay because they double booked and were unhelpful about the situation.
−The communication from staff and the lack of advice and help once it was clear they had booked out the rooms yet my booking still went through on booking.com

“Disappointed”
+Nothing
−The room had a dirty carpet, the bed was very uncomfortable, I was not able to use the tv as I was not given a code for the Wi-Fi One of the window locks was broken so not able to open it There was a part used soap stuck to the shower unit Very disappointed that there was no breakfast included in the price I would not pay that much for that type of room again, I would not stay here again

“Great value for money.”
+Friendly staff (Sarah). My children liked watching the trains go past. Room was very big and spacious.
−Needs cleaning properly but I know they are on with this as the place has just recently changed hands. Some mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. I do feel with how big the room was maybe a toilet and shower could be added into the corner? Just so that you don’t have to share a communal bathroom.
